Under the ‘Controller’ tab in Default Options, make sure the “joystick input” box is checked. I found that when playing online with this MAME, it goes to full screen, and I lose control over it. I have to hit the windows key to minimize it, then click on the minimized tab in task bar to re-maximize it and regain control of it. Hope that makes sense, and is helpful.

ElSemi could quickly and easily add Kailerra to his emulator but I guess he wants to fully emulate CPS3 before adding extras.

How do the Roms work with Mame?
You need both the ROMs and CHDs to run the games in MAME even though MAME only loads the ROMs at the moment.
Im enjoying this on MAME, rather than ELSemi’s emulator. With MAME I can do so much more. Like pause the fucking game properly and it looks better full screen. In ELSemi’s it slows down because I do a lot. MAME is good for multi tasking, like playing the game and talking with your contacts on MSN. The ELSemi release doesnt allow that. Shit doesnt even pause when you bring up another window. Even with the pause/break button. If you press a command the game still moves slowly.
At first ELSemi’s build was miles ahead. Now they are more or less the same now. So the MAME build is superior.

i don’t know about you guys but MAME seems to have input lag while Elsami’s doesn’t. I already did the USB overclocking and using HRAP3 btw. It really doesn’t matter since i only use mame to play online which lags like hell anyway lol. Now if i get “Aperture1x3rb_Aaron” visual affect on Elsami’s emulator…:smokin:
I like MAME32++ for it’s Visual Effects, more controller options (I can set my d-pad and analog on my 360 remote), and of course Kaillera Netplay. The Visual Effects make it look way better when it’s set to max resolution. To me atleast, my friend gets pissed off when I used them because he says it makes it look like an old TV.
are you doing that yourself? if so, assuming your doing it by using hex edits, which file has the values you are changing?
