Hi, let’s create this thread to see the worse matchup for our/our opponent’s teams.
I know, sure as hell, that my Kyo is really bad against Claw and Blanka. Probably Claw is the worst matchup for Kyo. Since Claw is all over the damn place and Kyo is a ground mixup momentum building character

For K-Groove, who is a bad matchup for Claw? And for K-Groove, who is a bad matchup for Blanka?

all these “counter picking” really isn’t as effective in cvs2. you kinda have to be prepared to fight anyone with any character in your team in any order.
I’d say Cammy is your best bet. Add some top-tier-ness to your team 
Counter picking works in CvS2…
I know it does but its not as effective as say sf4.
I´m a weak CvS2 player but just to input some toughts -> since your mais K team is Mai,Rock,Kyo and you want to keep your Kyo in team (it seems he is your R2, right?) I would say:
versus Blanka insert Sagat
versus Claw insert Blanka or Cammy
counter picking is crazy effective in cvs2 are you serious

Sagat or Cammy, I would also be inclined to say Ken.
