So I’m playing earlier today and I’m fighting a Boxer, which is normal. But instead of seeing the default costume, I see his alternate America costume. Made me think, did Capcom already allow people to unlock costumes online? I didn’t notice any DLC, or uh, is it just people figuring out how to modify files and show them off online? Can anyone explain?
