Blazblue CS2 is not just coming to PSP… its seems.
Hopefully (but unlikely) it won’t just be a port straight port of the PSP version and it will look closer to the arcade.
But either way, unless the online matches proves to be better then XBLA (a possibility), no real sweat off my back.
Not really worth it to me. I only play fighters when I can use an arcade stick. The graphics from what I’ve seen are really good, but honestly what’s the point? You can get the same thing on PS3/Xbox360 now. CS2 is just a console port to 3DS and PSP. They do include all 3 DLC characters already, but you can buy them for each system too…
I still cant see myself getting a 3DS any time soon though.
I’ll be getting one! My old DS lite has been sitting around collecting dust for ages now. I’ll get a 3DS, but I’d like to wait atleast 6 months. They always release new colors, defects, or just something better. Maybe around next November there’ll be special editions and bundles.
Definitely. The novelty of having fighting games on a portable was nice at first but it wears out after maybe the first match.
I disagree. I find a lot of use in playing certain fighters online. For example I can play tekken 6 and test out frame data and specific punnishes without reading an encyclopedia of numbers on a page. T6 is probably my most played psp game to date.
I really can’t see this into 3DS, but again SSFIV is going on 3DS soo ehh. CSII is still going to be released on PSP. 
I love BlazBlue, and I’m looking forward to the 3DS, but I don’t really want to mix the two. If I play it on my 3DS, I’ll have to choose between using that terrible d-pad, or using that weird sliding thing.
Does anyone know if there is any word yet on Continuum Shift, or Continuum Shift 2 coming to PC? Even if it only a digital version.
Doubting they’ll ever come to PC since so many people pirated the arcade version of CS. I wouldnt doubt if it’s also for the Sony NGP (psp2)

The arcade version was, but the actual console release has story mode, legion mode, training, multiplayer, etc.
The arcade version is just a run through fighting each character in the game, while the console release has actual plot, cut scenes, etc.
I would only consider this if it was an actual sequel to Continuum Shift (i.e. a complete story continuation), but as I understand it, its a port of the tweaked arcade version with all the DLC characters. Thats not enough to pull me away from a widescreen TV and an arcade stick.

ok im quite confused but sorry i havent really followed blazblue closely but im really interested. Correct me if im wrong, CS2 is just CS with all the DLC? (meaning, i shouldnt be expecting like CS2 for 360 or ps3?) btw, i only played blazblue on the psp… i think its fun and i want to take it online now on my 360 so im wondering what my options are
CS2 is an update to CS, w/ more characters, and varied move properties. Think of it as SSF4 to SF4.
Comes out today might pick it up even tho i have it on PS3
Just checked best buy and gamestop and even though they’re sites say it comes out today, they don’t have shit. Gamestop says it’ll be out tomorrow.
3ds version is region locked to a JP 3ds only. so PSP for us in the US unless you wanna spend the extra money to get a JP 3ds
