I will admit that I never played Blazblue. Never touched the game once. Recently we got the game at my home arcade (FFA) and I saw someone (Severen) playing and doing amazing looking combos. I decided to sit and watch. The more I watchd the more intrigued I became with the game. Eventually he started talking to me about the game, and I couldnāt help but tell him how much of a monster he was. He picked a second character and did even nastier combos. I sat and watched him play for at least an hour while he explained mechanics to me.
I went from āman I almost want to get into this game,ā to āman Iām like 60& sure Iām going to buy this game when it comes out for 360,ā to āI give you my word Iām buying this game when it drops on Wednesday.ā I am a pad player, but if I had a stick at home that I could practice on regularly, I could become a stick player. I think top players from other communities moving to this game will help develop the competitive scene for it. Not going to spout off accolades, but I think I would count as a top player. I donāt deserve this stick any more than anyone else does but I want it just as much, if not more than some of the others do Iām sure. 360 please.
