Confused scrub, please clarify

Is the SF comic that Udon is releasing in October a reprint of the last 14 issues? Or is this a brand new series? I’m primarily confused by the issue #0 they’re printing out. Is this the reprint of issue #0 or is it issue #0 of a brand new series?

Sorry for the nub question, but I keep reading this everywhere and am still confused. Thought i’d end it all by posting this.

It’s a continuation of the Street Fighter series which ended at Issue 14. I guess you can call it a new series as they’re going to call it “Street Fighter 2”.
