3 routes…

A - 3s gold.plus or even 2012 ver: slight or no changes in the game system …buff this and nerf that…if they do that i hope they (while nerfing the top tiers) buff their other 2 supers so it can be useful in some match ups…
Note:.buff character A and nerfing character B its like double buff for A and double nerf to B in their match up…(depend how useful that buff or nerf)

B - 4th Sequel … major changes in the game system .adding new character moves and supers .
if they do that my wish list…

1-give ken back his hcf+k move (i forgot it name…the one which was in sf2 and cvsnk2…)
2- shinryuken low damage less recovery and 3 bars…shippu-jinra-kyaku has more damage but 1 bar (like Ryu’s Shinshoryuken)

1-fake hadoken with very fast recover (to screw the opp parry timing )
2- make his combos works in most characters…i hate his character specific combos…

I’m not against character specific combos in general … am ok with combos works in large hitbox characters other in medium… etc … what i don’t like is combo (random example)works in shotos doesn’t work in urien …combo works in the twins doesn’t work in ibuki…something like that
3- larger hit box for j.mk cross up

1- qcb+p roll faster recovery .
2- air throw.
3- new air move…(more options in air).
4- like ryu in j.mk.
5- faster f+hp ( alone& in traget combo after cl.hp).
6- tornado kick safer in block…in hit he would be in the range of his kara throw.
7- better dp hit-box.
8- combo after his traget combo.

1- faster normals.
2- if he was hit while doin yagyou dama…(huge ball super) the ball still hit the opp.

yang (he is already good in 3s …but my wish list for him is while other low tier character buffed)
1- raishin-mahhaken combo after mp,hp.b+hp target combo
2-more option in seiei-enbu…i don’t have specific idea…

C-…like hyper super turbo. player can play the character between it 3S.NG & SI Versions ( i don’t know how 3s system will effect SI & NG characters game play)
This way 3s characters would leave untouched.

I’ve wanted your third idea for a while now.

A Hyper 3S is pointless. The only thing it would do is give players the option of playing a good Sean and a broken Ibuki. The older versions of the characters are not that much different, or the previous versions are worse than 3S versions.

I realize I’m leaving myself open for being trolled (not that that’s something new) but here’s a crazy fucking idear I’m just going to throw out there and if I’m wrong for even suggesting it than call me a stupid asshole if you must but at least hear me out:

New version of the game. Re-balanced with slight nerfs to the god-tiers and buffs to the low tiers. Two semi-new characters. This is when I go into crazy territory:

First semi-new character: A balanced Gill. Three selectable Supers including Resurrection, but if he chooses Resurrection he can now use EX attacks. His overall damage and juggles have been toned down to be bearable, no crHP into Clothesline-semi-infinite for 100%. If done right could be an overall different experience compared to Urien.

Second semi-new character: Gouken. Hear me out here. Basically just a headswap of Akuma given Gouken’s specials. It could work, just look up that Mugen Gouken character using the 3S Akuma sprites. With some care the sprite could look really good and let’s face it the other 4 Shoto’s are headswaps anyway. Not an insane idea when you think about it and Gouken’s moveset wouldn’t be too out of place.

I would give that a shot.

make a shin/evil/true/oni/hyper/god/orochi mode for every character to make Gill a selectable character.

Here would be my ideal changelist for Q:

  • All standing attacks (except for b.Roundhouse and s.Short) can no longer be parried low.
  • Dash punches (not dash sweeps) are now considered airborne from 4 frames for jab, 5 frames for strong and 6 frames for fierce after startup until the point when the attack is supposed to connect.
  • EX High Speed Barrage’s startup has been reduced from 6 frames to 4 and has one frame of invincibility.
  • SAIII can now be EXed in much the same way Oro can EX his supers. This functions much like Oro’s SAI, where the super’s actual “activation” (where damage is done) comes out immediately. There is a slight damage reduction compared to normal use and the meter is immediately exhausted when EXed.

I’m just gonna say this: Q is not Boxer. Don’t play him like Boxer.

P.S.- Kuroda’s won tournaments with Q, just not the big ones like Coop Cup or SBO.

Necro :

  • Back Strong & Forward xx Snake Fang can combo on a standing opponent.

  • Improve hitbox of his Standing Strong, hit on all crouching characters in the game.
