I can take a minor look at it if you really want, but I would buy that it’s choking on the space in the command line. Probably a bug/limitation in the command line parsing code. I don’t know who wrote the utility, though, so it’s probably a dead area of investigation. =\

and once you get the hang of the echelon method, you wont need anything else.

I use Exoboot instead of bin2boot since it didn’t work for me. All u have to do is replace your old 1st_READ.bin with a new one then use Exoboot to make a .cdi out of your mvc2 data. Just make sure that u choose don’t remove next to Remove (dummy) files. Then just burn the .cdi with Disc Juggler by just using your .cdi as your source and then just click start and wait until its done. Works like a charm for me :wgrin:

Man, i even tried going the echelon method and i’m shot up the creek, a friend of mines came over and suggested its prolly a “memory” thing where something i my conmputer “processes” is locking up my bin2bott, because even when i go the echelon route my binhack just goes nuts for a little (in dos) and crashes.
so i rebooted my computer in safe mode, went the dos/echelon route and wala, shitt works. then i tried my bin2boot and that worked too! Man what hell is going on with my computer… …
Is there a way to isolate which computer “process” is freezing my bin2boot/binhack?
I was thinking of going opening task manager and singley closing each process before each time i try the bin2boot method… …, do you guys/Preppy think this is an appropriate way to solve my problem?

**Basically, you want to paste your original into the first extra and make it about -8 darker, and then copy that one, paste it into the second extra and make it maybe -4 darker. It’s really up to you and the originals will be there for you get an idea of how dark to go. :looney:
