So I experimented with color edits and decided that I don’t have the patience to do my own edits. I’m a bit of a perfectionist and I took WAY too much time to do just one character… (cough Storm) …then I remembered the problems about “extra palattes”. That’s when I decided to wait until a faster process is available.
…but I degress. Keep up the good work guy’s!
I’ll just be content with my custom soundtracks.
OK, I have this mirrored on my site now too:
Good shit to Mr. eidrian.
And now that “the cats outta the bag”…presenting the fug-onimo mix!
Enjoy.
Eidrian wow
Geronimo - Brilliant
Cool document eidrian. This sheet really excels! Now lets link the math to palmod so it can do all the changes automatically! (Black Pyro Where You At?)
nice doc. eidrian, its going to do alot of help for me especially for cyc and storm!!!
…so I changed my mind: http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y49/Th3Ch13f/CycEdits.jpg?t=1204616138
Do these look right?
^^ ooo man those colors are ugly straight up
Hater! lol
looking at the line: 01LP (Extra 02) - ID:02-06: Gaurd Reflect || ID:07-08 Hypergrav, EM blah blah…
As an example, what does “ID:02-06:” point too exactly? I know the colors designated to 02-06 will effect the special moves listed, but I just want to make sure I understand that “ID:02-06:” means “EXTRA 02-06”.
Emphasis added.
Question from non-SRK guy: “where to find the PS2 character files on the disc/what format they’re in?”
THey’re in the PS2 folder archived in AFS02.AFS . You’ll need to grab DKZ Studio to extract and and then import them back in. They’re the PL**PAK.BIN files. You’ll also need the japanese ps2 pak files to view in palmod. I dunno why they’re the only ones that load initially, but you can then put them in the american ps2 or xbox version. (seriously can someone explain that? )
What the fuck in gods name is a pdf file?
lol? you can’t be serious.
Well, I take it that the next aspect we’ll be waiting for is the new PalMod update…I stopped trying to mess with backgrounds for the time being…didn’t get nowhere and I’m not exactly an expert programmer…
kick to da nuts to whoever neg rep’d me…such things are unnecessary…
Anyways…
Geronimo: Good job as usual on the color edits…wonder what the other color ‘gods’ are conceiving at this point.
Get Adobe Acrobat.
Well not being serious, but when i open it in adobe photoshop the entire text is completely blurred even @ 100% view. Is there anyway to fix this or is there a free adobe acrobat somewhere?
^-- Increase the text size further. There is a LOT of data.
Non-SRK guy would love someone to walk him through how to edit colors for the PS2:
Cameron.Chandoke at TrueFocusLLC.com
is the email address.
I know nothing about how to edit colors on the PS2 and would really prefer not to be involved since I loathe the blighted PS2 version with all of my black little heart.
Open the PDF in the free Adobe Reader from their site. Opening it up in Photoshop is very wrong.
