Is there a Best of Wesker vid on Youtube?
Well, with Wesker gone, it’s a good time for Capcom to reboot the series, hopefully to bring it back to its survival horror roots.
Even if they reboot it, I don’t know how well they’d be able to do that. Most of the people wanting a reboot just want it for the zombies, which honestly, with RE4/RE5 controls would be WAY too easy.
I have a feeling Wesker is going to be really good with Doom.
Some Strider/Doom like traps and shenanigans are going to be going on.
the counter supers in MvC3 intrigue me. i was really looking forward to them when SSFIV was coming out, but then it turned out the way it did (cammy’s is useless, fei long “decent” in certain matchups), weskers seems pretty badass because it looked INSTANT. i’m looking forward to seeing who else has one (spidey seemed like he had one) and if they are totally useless like in Super IV.
probably won’t work against FB/Beams (kinda the nature of it right?)
anyway i just want to see wesker get RPG’d by chris ala RE5 (Volcano Stage, anyone?)

Spidey has a counter super? I only saw three in his trailer.
idk i’m just saying it “looked” like a counter, maybe it’s just REALLY fast startup, although a counter would make sense on a character like spidey (spider sense)

The new DMC looks fucking amazing, and unlike most DMC fans who started at 3, I played through the first one the week it was released and completely fell in love with the series. Dante is amazing, but the series was growing stale. It needs innovation, and the new DMC looks like it’s delivering. Gameplay matters, not the superficial appearance of a protagonist.
As an artist I have largely disagree that appearance doesn’t matter. Matters to a whole lot of people. It also sounds like you’re assuming a person’s reason without even truly knowing. Also what’s this innovation that you speak of?

ON TOPIC: Hopefully we’ll see some good Wesker play at NYCC, but I’m still waiting for that normal match gameplay with Spidey and Wesker they always bring after a reveal.
