Mega Houndoom will probably he fine in UU. It’s not that good of a poke to stay OU. If you could use it with mega zard y it’d be something else.
Heracross is intriguiging. He hits hard as fuck but there are a lot more fairy types that resist his stabs. He started off pretty mediocre and then he started working his way up the viability ending up in A. I think he’ll be worse off cause of the tapus but webs teams will love another option to use. The speed nerf hurts him though
If Megagross gets banned it could ease some pressure off Mega Hera, but still not enough IMO. In UU it would be a monster so I think it’ll be BL.
I mean if someone was really dedicated they could make an OU Torkoal/Mega Houndoom/Venusaur/Tapu Fini core and probably do well. Mega Doom also has an excellent speed tier and learns Sludge Bomb.
Im not saying entirely unviable but it requires a good amount of support to be so when there’s another offensive fire type that isnt a mega available Thats probably way scarier

Fairies are about to crank up in usage. This was bad. Metagross Shouldnt have been banned. I expect Ash Greninja to decline a little. Dragons are about to decline as well. Scizor probably is about to be on most every Team now.
Metagross wasnt what was hurting scizor’s viability. There’s too many things that wall Scizor and use it as set up bait (zygarde and toxapex are 2 big ones
Fairy usage wont change besides tapu lele and that Will barely change as poison coverage just got a whole lot better

Out of the many of Pokemon I’ve bred this gen all 3 Shinies I’ve hatched have been bug Pokemon, with competitive IVs to boot.
