im basically just making this thread to ask if anyone in OR(i live in Portland) or WA knows where to find the Akira manga.
of the 6 books in the “collection” version or w/e its called i have books 1 and 2, but for no good reason i dident pick up the rest while they were in a book store near me(like 3 years ago in Wi) and now im looking for them again, but all i can find are over priced on ebay and half the time i cant find book 3 at all.
so im wanting to know if anyone knows a book store that has them in stock or a reliable website that has them at a decent price(30ish dollars, i think the first 2 were 25 each) id be willing to drive fairly far or if someone has some old copies they dont mind parting with id pay good money for them.
any help will be much appreciated.
Edit: ive called 4 local comic stores that i got directed to by the comic finder on the inside page of one of the books and all 4 claimed they either sold out for a long time or that the books are out of print. but they were copied and printed by darkhorse comics which it says is located in milwauke OR. so i figure id be able to get them one way or another if the company is based that close to me.
