Cammy’s BnB combo is c.lk > c.lp > (slight pause) c.lk > spiral arrow, since the last lk has to be linked, and I’m wondering if the slight pause applies to other character combos as well, for example, c.lk > c.lk > (slight pause) c.lk > EX Green Hand with Zangief?
The slight pause only applies for moves that can be chained together, such as Cammy’s lights. Some lights, like Bison’s cr.lk, have to be linked anyway since they cannot chain, and as so there is no risk of an accidental chain.
In short, you cannot cancel from a chain, but you can from a link. This applies to every character.
