Stations will be open for casual play once tournaments near completion.
Streaming/Recording:
Unfortunately there is no internet at this venue for streaming, but we’ll record matches
Bring your own Sticks/Controllers:
The console equipment will be labeled and registered to ensure its safety. However, please be careful with your sticks. Furthermore, if you know you?re attending and you do not have a stick to use, make sure you have a friend who can donate. All singles matches will enforce a 5 minute rule and if you cant? find a stick within that time you will be disqualified. This is advance warning and will not be brought up again.
If you don’t have your own stick/controller you can ask me Danny/Mikey we’ll be gladly let you borrow our sticks/controller for your matches just please be respectful and return them after your match is done for other who may not have sticks/controller.

5:00pm - 11:00pm - SSFIV AE Tournament Begins.

Controller/Stick Problems:
You are required to button check before your match. There are no excuses. The LS/RS excuse will not fly. If you have any stick/button problems at anytime during your match, its your problem, its your job to make sure your stick is reliable. The round will be played to conclusion and you will get a chance to fix your buttons or replace your stick next round.
VENUE FEE ($10)
Non-tournament players will still be required to pay the $10 entrance fee. Entrance fee gives you free casuals whenever the stations allow. Spectators are free of charge. There will be a sperate room for just pure casuals play for AE,MvC3 and MK9
HOT FOOD / COLD DRINKS and SNACKS will be sold at this event
Raffle
Omega Collectables will be hosting a raffle for some fantastic prizes! The raffle draw will take place towards the end of the event at the discretion of the Tournament Directors.
