Columbus, OH - Made you look, Avi!

$10 ft5? SF4? I’ll play that shit?

Oh BTW I’m trying to get rid of a few PCBs I’m not using. I’ve got 1 clear PS1 Dual shock controller (solderless A series) for 8$. I’ve got another brand new solderless A PCB without the controller casing for 6$, and still another solderless A PCB where I had to repair the cord (it’s taken care of now though) for 3$. I’ve got a PS2 DS A-series controller still with casing but missing one of the rubber things on the right analog (not that it matters if you’re just using the PCB) for 10$.

I’d also take a Sanwa bat top in exchange for one of the PS1 PCBs if anyone has them (black or red preferably).

I’m also getting rid of a Sega Saturn pad for 10$.

If I find anything else laying around the house I’ll let you guys know. If you’re interested PM me or tell me here and I’ll bring it to Brent’s or whatever get together you’re able to make it to.

Hey you guys, I just left Cleveland and got back to school at OSU again and I was wondering if anyone around here got together any time to play. Chris recommended posting in here to get involved with the Columbus scene, but unfortunately I don’t have a consistent mode of transportation other than the bus. I don’t suppose there’s anyone near campus?

Also, I heard there’s a SF4 cabinet at Gameworks. Do people still meet up and play there? I’ve never been there before.

We have an SF IV and a Tekken 6 Cabinet, but as for Shoryuken Regs, we occasionally pop in and out, most of us are either working or busy just doing other things. I’d offer a ride, but I’m on near the south side of town + I’d charge for gas considering no one’s hired me yet. Otherwise, I think Ed lives near Campus and would give you a ride if you offered gas or so.

Edit : ** Also, if you’re new, drop by the C-bus IRC. That’ll give you a general bit of info on where to go**

Hey all. So my friend doesn’t understand much english, which makes it hard for him to navigate the site. He has decided to find other means of getting down to Cincinnati for Arcade Legends. Also he is looking for the KOF heads, If any of you guys from Columbus are interested Arcade Legends said they would give a discount for a group of KOF players. In that case if you get a wild hair up your ass and decide you are indeed interested, just post/pm me and ill add you to the list.

^pm Brent (MrBlasty) for his address and you and your friend can still come down on game nights and play there.

Your friend doesn’t even really need english to have a good time with that.

He can also come to Gameworks on Thursday nights, a few of us will show up every week and play there.

I can give you a ride to various things. Send me a PM if you are interested. I live near Lane and High.

what do you play?

Is it that time?

Culumbus, OH: “It’s quantity not quality!”

Columbus, OH : “School Edition”

So I better be seeing some of your faces at AL this Saturday for the ranbat (BB and GG) and for the 2v2 afterwards.

Off of what Amanda said, I best be seeing some entrants in Tatsunoko vs Capcom.

Columns, Sega Genesis: “What a terrible game.”

Columns on the Genesis isn’t very difficult. After about 20 minutes of play, the game speed slows down to where it was at the beginning, and it wraps like that every 20 minutes. You can keep the game up forever, just like people do with Tetris DS.

Edit: I totally did it again just there, didn’t I? Oh well, I’m leaving it in.

Yeah… you did.

You’re horrible at this.

I have to admit I almost did the same thing, when I read that post. :shy: I only ever really played Columns on Game Gear though.

hitstun, you can’t crouch block overheads. Or bait posts.

At least you caught it yourself this time. Anyway. . . http://forums.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?t=209348

WHAT. THE. FUCK. REALLY?

Does anyone even play Blazblue anymore?
