What’s up denizens of columbus? I’m from cincy, and i’m well aware that you all know of Arcade Legends. Point is i have a friend in columbus who is a die hard fighting fan, and he’s been wanting to try out AL because online sucks. Well i don’t drive and neither does he so i was wondering if anyone who was already plannin on goin to AL might be willing to take him along. He said hes fine with some gas money (if its reasonable) and his english isn’t so good. If anyone is cool with this either post a reply or pm me and ill let him know. If he wants some competition in fighting games, tell him to post on here. Even if his English isn’t great he can introduce himself and we can get him over to one of the meetups some day.

Hey everyone I am not going to be at game works tonight got lots of work to get done.

Okay, new page (edit: fuck, Rakae beat me to 451 GET), people, and I want to try something. Since we have some new members, and all the fighting games people are interested in are playable either on console or at GameWorks now, I want to get up to date on what fighting games everyone’s playing now. I think we’re playing too many games that we’re not really into, and those of us who will be playing games the weekend of Season’s Beatings 4 should probably practice with other members that main the same game. Karnov’s Revenge last night was great, but I don’t think anybody mains it.

I don’t think this is a problem since we have enough TVs and anyone who has a game they care about playing gets to play it. If you aren’t getting enough game time in the games you care about, bring them up. I personally like playing a variety of games since it keeps games fresh to me and keeps me from getting burnt out on playing fighting games. Unless this gets in the way of people who really care about certain games getting to play them with like minded (or at least good) players, I don’t see why its a problem.
If you don’t like the distraction, take your own game more seriously and just say no to Karnov’s revenge or whatever game we’re fucking around with.
That said, I’d be up for playing some more KOF12 because its fun.
