Good games at Avi’s place yesterday. I’m glad people got lulz out of the SF4 I brought, both the NES and PC versions. I should have stayed all night. I also didn’t go on the Arcade Legends trip, going to a local car show with my dad instead. The car show had Cadillacs but no dinosaurs, and therefore was only half awesome. So, what all did I miss this weekend?

Went to Shinjuku Sports Land in Tokyo today and got in a few games of SFIV. Between my brother-in-law and I, we’re about a dominating 1-19. I’ll be posting more videos to YouTube, but check out a few here --> http://www.youtube.com/user/dangelone
We’ll be heading to an arcade at Shibuya, as well as Taito BIGBOX tonight. Hopefully we’ll get to see Daigo and others.

I got to say come on Columbus, we all know that SB4 is going to be packed, having a room to be able to warm up in, play casuals and have side tournaments will be great. I am not asking anyone to give cash they don’t got or cash that needs to pay the bills. Just whatever you can give PM lucky.
I don’t need a place to stay, I just want to get us a room to practice and for casuals like Clint said.
It’s going to be packed like crazy at this thing, I want us to have a place to retreat to when it gets to crazy, especially since most of us are only playing in one or two tourneys.
edit My plan for now is to just get a room Saturday night. Friday isn’t going to be as big, so I’m thinking space won’t be as much of an issue. Another one or two people chipping in $10 or $20 bucks would help out a bit, but I’m getting the room regardless, so don’t feel obligated if you don’t have the cash to spare.
Brent’s place will also be having games I think all weekend. My only problem with that is that this thing is going to be so packed, schedules are going to be fubar. It might not be easy to get away from the venue for more than 30-45 minutes at a time if you don’t want to miss your matches.
I don’t know what you’re going to do then. You never know when you’re going to be called for a match.
I doubt you’ll get a chance to warm up, maybe the night before it happens, and early in the morning. But the moment you walk into the venue I doubt you’ll have much time to practice and or retreating. You’ll be at risk of missing your match.
Im down for the room, Lucky, just pm’d you, let me know what you need…haven’t been around lately due to work(which ruined yesterday for me as well), but I already have that weekend clear, so I’m definately in.
