Good stuff and fun tournament fellas. Dandy/ Blasty delivered. Momos is pretty top tier, I enjoy the atmosphere alot more this time compared to the last time I was there.
Shout outs to everyone that played in Tekken. Didn’t get to play all of you but everyone I did play was pretty good. I was particularly impressed by Frank/ Sparta’s Paul, Hai Guy’s Nina and S.Dogs Baek.
Props to Sluch for taking the it all, undefeated and all. Fun times on the road with you, Nick and Derrick. Stream was hype and the match definately drew some crowds. Some of the stuff you did was hella dirty and I love it. Also we ran the Hell out of that tourney… nice and smooth with few if any hiccups.
Props to Hai as well for wrecking shop like always, Jack 6 is hella broken in your hands and thanks for being so chill in regards to wait for the prize monies.

It was a slap in the face that we were negated to the back near the bathrooms and people have spoken to me in regards to Tekken being treated better next time around. Mad respect to Blasty for putting us on stream tho and delivering big time what was promised, best paid Tekken turnout in the Mid-West yet. As I said at the beginning, good stuff.

fun shit… Noodle Head got in good on Jwong… i didn’t expect him to play Jack that’s for sure… i think the bathroom setups were a little jank myself, but it says something about the resourcefulness and determination of your average gamer

No then you both dont have a clue then. Dude got bodied in Philly by a certain member of the community but still won the tourney, but the fact he uses a glitch to win is bullshit.
My game is blowin up but its also gettin shot in the foot with some bullshit. Its making my game look terrible, and the scene will suffer. I think you both know how much work and money i’ve put into this scenes so i’ll leave it at that.
This also isnt a one sided thing. The pros and cons are being debated heavily. i think in time it will pass once people see how to deal with it, but we’ll see.
If the situation doesn’t have anything to do with how the tournament was run, we don’t need to be discussing it in this thread. The original posts I quoted made it sound like there was a problem with something to do with the actual event.
