@PDP Tourney: It was stated in the tourney thread that the tournament was only going to be on those PDP sticks. Also stop making excuses for people. PL lost because he lost. He had a whole month to play on those sticks like everybody else. Also remember when the Gamestop national tourney for SF4 that was on 360 pad only until Grand Finals. Justin can adapt for money while some people can’t. btw do I think that Justin is the best at Mk9, no but was he the most prepared for that PDP tourney,yes.

@ AwardTour: Sounds like you both are on the same page, except your stating that there’s no excuse for the results and Josh is saying the result may have been different on a BYOC system. I’m sure both you will still be friends and a double rainbow will shoot across the sky with “my BFF Josh” etched across the atmosphere.

@AwardTour: Yea, PL should’ve practiced up harder on the PDP sticks since he knew that’s what he was getting on. I’m of the opinion that it is silly to even mention “SF players > MK players at their own game” when the results were not an accurate representation due to conditions that took control out of the player’s hands.

dat smoke (sigh) im sod sad to hear everyone who played mk has learned smoke or ermac as subs we of columbia are sorry for our loss of self respect but it needed to be done
we knew smoke and ermac were “special” from the beginning and we thought to ourselves there really is gonna be alot of this and in my thinking instead of trying to learn the matchup I learned the character so that i knew what he was capable of knew what he wanted in certain situations and how his moves worked so counterpicking smoke im sorry there is no counter pick to smoke or ermac not gonna mention superman wouldnt be necessary cause I’d know how to react

@ Quan: I’ve like Ermac since day 1 and I knew that character was good before a tier list ever came out. He’s also the coolest looking character in the game, so you can’t beat that.
@ Keyon: You can also blame Marvel for that. Why put in effort when I can just put Phoenix/Sentinel on my team and mash buttons with my face?
