I then realized how much time I had already sunk into both the DC and XBOX versions of PSO (not to mention that “other” PS game we won’t speak of) and decided NOT to fall in the hole again. It’s nice that everyone is interested in the things we do on our passtime away from fighters. However, being that this is a forum for just that, we should remain on topic.
First off - I definitely have all the reason to go to CEO 2011 now. Tokido will be there, I know he’ll enter Blazblue and I want my run back. I -will- have my run back and I do whatever it takes to put him in losers… or even better! Out of the tournament. Murderface is one of the main reasons why I decided to continue improving in Blazblue. He may have beaten me quite soundly but do know that had I not made the mistakes I did against him - which he capitalized off of? His ass was mine.
I’ll obviously be going to Nashi tonight to hand over my stick to Marcus. Can’t wait to have that bitch dual modded. Artwork will be the next step. Someone PLEASE bring a set up so I can play Blazblue with Eskay and Ben. Speaking of which, those of you that DO play Blazblue need to swing by my place sometime. Reminder: It is a no salt zone. Charlotte is this weekend and I am quite iffy on the entire thing. I have to VOTE for my main game to be played because it isn’t a major? How utterly weak is that? I don’t want to waste time going to a tournament to potentially have my choice of game not be there. So, at the moment, my decision on going is against the fence. Normally, I would jump at any opportunity to leave Columbia, SC…
Our tournament is coming up soon as well. Hopefully everyone has leveled up some since FRXIV in their respective games. This tournament should ( doesn’t mean it will ) gauge just how much everyone within the community has improved. By that, I mean let’s not have top 3 in every game already be set in stone.
@Usagi: I’ll be at nashi tonight. Apparently keyon has been making ppl hurt with chris in marvel so im curious to see his team in action. And i’ve been in the lab with a certain spy, since my first team “I dont have to think” is solid. Ironically alot of her combo’s revolve around siesmo (dp) which for some mysterious reason i kept dropping at justin’s place. It’ll be interesting to see how things turn out when i actually have to put some actual execution and thought into that game.

Misunderstanding on both parts. If you want to say taht I misunderstood that you guys are having a tournament IN ADDITION to this event thing, then by all means. However, your statement shows how ignorant you are because due to not saying that they were both seperate things. With an explanation like yours above, anyone could have gotten confused. Infact, some other people also didn’t understand until you found it necessary to clarify in that wonderful way you did.
But that’s ok. I’ll overlook this blatant insult from the person that made the error in the first place and move on.

Who the fuck gave Netherelm studios the ideal to make pass codes for online play. Business decisions like this is why they ran out of business last time.
@Thomas: it’s gonna be longer than a one night deal. I’m certain I’ll have it done by tomorrow night, though. Also, calm down. He explained it where it was a bit confusing, but he did fix the intentions. An easier thing to have done was to just ask. No need to jump down his throat.

First off : If that was considered to be jumping down someone’s throat, then I don’t want to see what its like when I really do it. However, if the general populace considers me to be the one out of line then I apologize. I’d rather not have some kind of beef start up all over a misunderstanding.

Its not just this, there are others out there using the pass codes for online play. I found out after buying a used copy of Dead Space 2 that it has this online pass code meaning I just wasted money because I will have to pay for the online pass to play online(about 15.00) they did how ever give the people that bought the game new a free online pass code, maybe Mortal Kombat will do the same? I am not 100% sure why but I think it has to do with the buying/selling for used games. You would be shocked at how many people buy games used and not new to save money, problem is that money is then lost to the game makers. This online pass code is more of a push to make people buy the game at cost new so that game makers see more of the income that they should. <-All IMO no real research done, could be something else I’m not thinking about.
