Can we get a head count for atl revival. I would like to attend this also.
Just saw the new game footage from SFxT and them adding Poison completely caught me off guard. I’m also glad to see Steve Fox is the game and the line up just keeps getting better and better. Don’t have much to say about UMvC3, since I haven’t really been reading up on it.
@ Kimchi: I’m going to Revival with Eskay, I think Byron is trying to go and Dwaine is being wish washy about it.
Casuals at my place after 6pm today. I haven’t played against actual people in AH3 since G-Vegas D: I might practice AE a bit, although I’m not entering it at Revival this weekend.
yea im still trying to go to Revival but i havent asked about getting a ride from someone because im expecting something to interfer…i just havent heard anything yet, and i think Mike is still trying to go as well…that’s something id have to check up on in the next day or so.
initial UMvC3 thoughts:
UMvC3…imo…has some pros and cons right off the bat but more footage needs to be seen…i definitely am not a fan of being able to activate X-Factor in the air since now that basically means you cant ever prevent it from being activated (Unless they introduce a system specifically to prevent that…which i doubt will happen)…but i LOVE the fact that the DHC glitch is gone…i never had to use that to get my wins and now…no one else can!!!..and…the long overly difficult combos ive learned to do will now actually pay off :tup: (assuming of course nothing else broken comes out of this new game). Floe’s notes on the phoenix change has me scratching my head a tiny bit but wolverine’s beserker slash not having invul anymore needed to happen. Firebrand i plan to pick up since i saw potential right off the bat and its a deep dark wish of mine that Strider comes out to be a shitty character. Frank West and Doctor Strange im also going to be keeping a close eye on in the hopes that they can keep my interest in how they turn out.
Strider will be good. He’s fast AND HAS A DIVEKICK. How bad can he be? Why did I buy Marvel 3? WWWHHHHYYYYY. :oops:

Anyone interested in doing a sunday finals thing? I figure main TV holds the f9nals one tv holds something else and the other two with casuals for the evening? I’m more than willing to pick people up in my stupid gas guzzler whiile i still have it.
I can support about 15 people I think more or less. But I had last minute changes that couldnt let me make it so I wanna support you guys and do SOMETHING.
Only caveats are I would really need to make sure no one leaves drunk or drinks underage, other than that is alll cool.
Also I had a good buddy at sdcc who tested som shit for me and he says ammy, hulk deadpoool ar unchanged. wolvie seems worse and storm’s new move is game changing (i play a lot in marvel)
