I have 98 for PS2. Unfortunately I can’t promise that I’ll make it to casuals as it’s really up to my ride and I think he needs to do some school stuff, unless someone can give me a ride. I can bring a setup~! lol
i know you dont know me well but im totally willing to give anyone a ride if that’s what it takes for more people to show up
gg @ nashi today. I think i proved without a shadow of a doubt that my monitor is far superior than david’s cheap knock off. And that hotenjin is his favorite all time reversal.
Trolling aside though, getting in those BB matches in helped out alot. I got to test out some new things that i’ve been practicing in training mode, like hitting a certain TSUBAKI with an abiguous D > B > j2C. I’ll have to work on actually putting IB to work though. I think out of all the times i managed to IB i only did something with it like once. All the other times I kinda just did it cuz I like starting at flashing colors in 1080i. I swear thats the only reason why i let you get away with 22D david…i swear its true. 
And keyon, we gonna stop with these lavish carl colors…
@ Eskay: I haven’t had a BBCS session for that long in a while, so I enjoyed it too. My lack of practice in BBCS has definitely shown itself tonight. My training schedule has been more toward SSFIV than BBCS for the last couple of weeks. I’m also gonna implement your idea of having FT5’s on the stream, so we can all critique them later and make the stream worth watching for more than random fights.
@ Sweeternity: I’ll be at Maddness around 7pm, with my box of cereal for the Great Value matches we’ll be doing on the stream, lol. I’ve also posted the link for the stream in the tournament thread and sctourney blog so hopefully, we’ll get more viewers

As for casuals tomorrow, ill try to show up. Eh it’s just nj.hk x cl.mp, s.hp, cspike, and you can already do cl.mp cr.mp hk.SA which is more damaging (i think unless cspike damage changed)

Jury’s still out on bringing 2002UM, but I’m going to gather as many KOF games as I can (I can at least muster the Orochi Saga, XI and XII), and if someone happens to have a DVD Swap Magic for PS2 that would be SWELL.
I don’t want to put my ride though a longer drive than he needs to (a friend who doesn’t have a car is currently borrowing the Swap Magic from me).
EX Dive can only be done from EX Tomahawk, unless you’re talking about AE.
AE it’s KKK instead of PPP, and can even be done jumping backward I think.

The thing is that not only does that link. it is now also possible to cancel far standing hard punch, which is new. But if it’s also that they changed far standing hp into a 2-hit move, then the damage might just be a little bit more. Now you can actually armor break besides risking getting in the mouf when using spin knuckle =o.
Yeah I guess it’s win-win. If it’s not a two hit far standing hp then s.hp x hk.SA a just as easy, more damaging punish than c.mk hk SA. and if it’s two hit, yeah the armor breaking. good thinking.
I thought they reduced the distance that SA would hit twice… or is the second hit still more damaging than Spike?

As nice as im sure that is for her, she’s never had problems dealing with focus attacks from a grounded position…from the opponent’s position, unless your focusing cannon strike or st.hk, there’s no (good) reason to focus something from her. Spiral arrow activates way too fast and will catch a backdash if you end up focusing an attack she can special cancel out of and try to escape
Unless she gets a dmg nerf that wasnt reported in the blogs, she’s gonna end up dealing more dmg and (sorta) still get the same mixup she gets now (from what i heard, the TKCS nerf isnt as huge as people made it out to be…but until i see it for myself, i cant be sure).
Guys, Update on the Venue: Tomorrow, the convention center is unlocking the room for us to preview and security is going to let us look at the room. We can come anytime tomorrow afternoon, and I wanted to get a headcount of who was honestly interesting in scoping out with me tomorrow. I didn’t expect them to be so nice and let me go check it ahead of time, but I’m taking this opportunity.
I know David was interested, and I have 2 more spaces in my car for people who want to see what’s up. I was thinking of leaving tomorrow around noon or 1 pm, but we can set up a time that agrees with everyone’s schedule.
