Hey Cola: I’ve finally pulled together the final details and we officially have a tournament slated with Madness gaming! [-columbia-sc-bi-weekly-battles-ssfiv-kof2002-um-ssf2t-hd-remix-256511/#post9786202"]Here’s](http://shoryuken.com/f7/[11-27-2010) the link to the tournament thread and I hope to see plenty of support from the Columbia, SC scene. I’ll be updating this info on our SC Tourney blog and changing some of the menus.

I’m thinking about adding one or two other side tourneys in the lineup, if there’s enough interest. We’ve got this venue for long as we want it cost me just $75 to reserve, which is a steal for what we’re getting (Huge venue, Internet, Arcade Machines and drinks). I’m also making this a bi-weekly event, so Cola can get more tournament experience.

I hope to see some of you guys at Nashi tomorrow and chill out I’ll be having my Cammy practice, while watching Black Lagoon ^.^

imo, i don’t think his nerfs are THAT much dramatic. What you might think has already been written on paper bout him might not even be That bad. Also the changes that they mentioned may not be the only changes that were done.I don’t see his overall game plan changing that much. His oki game is still retarded. and also… It’s Capcom, and they are weird like that.

Maybe they really aren’t as dramatic… but I REALLY don’t want to pay them money to find out that I can’t play as my favorite character anymore, especially if it’s DLC and not a separate disc.

Although I’m not short on backups. Hakan is getting buffs, and so is Makoto. And Dhalsim is just… Dhalsim.

Capcom is just trying to tone the characters towards the image they created. You can hate on the changes all you want but I think it doesn’t make a difference in our eyes (no offense to theory fighting because that’s my life) until after the game has been mostly explored. I think SSF4 still has a ways to go before we can make accurate judgments. I’ve gotten salty over changes in many games in many genres many times, but I still play Capcom, Blizzard, Squaresoft, etc. after years and years and have nothing but <3.

Example, Cammy has lost a bunch of attention because she lost instant Cannon strike, but she’s about to go into serious beast mode.
