Smurfs attack? Hmm, I guess just cause the Navi are blue? Personally, the trailer got me super hype, but I’ve been following this movie for a while now. It’s been in production for many many years, b/c James Cameron had to basically build the technology to bring it to life. Anyways, if you miss out on it b/c of the trailer then its your loss, big time.
I got DJ Hero today for Christmas btw, along with Demon’s Souls. We need to get up and have a DJ battle sometime, AwardTour!
I’ll be outta town starting Wednesday night, until the 28th. We’re going to OH for Christmas, hence the early gifts here in SC. When I get back, it’s back to the grind with casuals at my crib. I’ll keep y’all posted.

I heard that ms will replace ur cd if it was bought within 90 days of the scratch. U should check that out. 3 rings and paid subscription for xbox live makes me loath Microsoft. [MS 0 pts, PS 2 pts, NT 2 pts] But its has saved me literally hundreds of dollars worth of games cuz it is pirate friendly. [MS 100(and counting) PS -5 (cuz mine died and my xbox still goin strong

Also just so there won’t be any confusion, here are some quick hits on details for our January 2nd Ranbat:

Casuals and registration will start at 11am we will start sharply at 11:45am. We are up against a VERY STRICT schedule at the Cultural Center (we HAVE to be out by 4:50pm) so we gotta run a tight ship.

The prize money for 1st - 3rd place will be given out at THE END of the first season (in which there will be four ranbats). So don’t expect to get paid after our first ranbat session is over with because it won’t happen.

The door fee for everyone will be $3. Every time we rent the room out, it’s going to cost $30 bucks. So the door fee will always go towards paying for that.

The cost per game (SF4 & Tekken) will be $5 a piece. So if you plan on playing SF4 and Tekken for all four Ranbats (season one), that’s going to be $40.

Please arrive early. We need to get started as soon as possible. And definitely spread the word amongst those you think are going to be interested!

We will keep separate stats/rankings for SF4 and Tekken just in case you were wondering.
And finally after speaking with Avatar today, we need TV’s and more TV’s. As of right now, we have a total of three (Avatar is bringing two and I’m bringing one). Is there anyone else that can contribute towards bringing some? The more TV’s we have, the quicker and smoother our ranbat will go. Oh and we need PS3’s also!
What’s good Rodney? I’ve been doing practically nothing for the last few months, just honing SF4 skills, running my schools Gaming Club (SF4 is main attraction) and anticipating Super SF4. Ken will be at Ranbats along with a few new surprise visits. :karate:

BTW I may be able to bring 3 TVs. I have my monitor, a smaller standard TV and a slightly larger standard TV. With Justin’s TV and Hi-Tekk’s, that’s 5 TVs right there.
We need others to pledge to bring their PS3s though. I’ll bring mine, Justin’s bringing his, I’m sure Hi-Tekk will bring his. We need 2 more. Also, we need 2-3 copies of PS3 tekken. I only have 360 version.
