Yeah, totally. Jaren and Nick live like practically next door to me so I’ll try to get them into SFIV too, no reason not to have more players. I’m not sure I’ll be able to pull Jaren away from GG though…

been messing around with chun a little bit. is there a certain input to combo for legs, similar to honda’s c.j ->hands?
You need five kick inputs, and you’ll get the strength of the last one you pressed. People do the piano thing a few different ways, in my case I can go from stronger to weaker waaay faster than the other way. I do:
lk, (lp), rh~mk~lk, lk+mk+hkx2
That piano input gives you the last LK to lead into the legs.
The really cool stuff is Gen’s MK into fierce hands, but the drawback is you gotta play Gen…

God I had this dream where I was playing Akuma on Allen and I was missing my combos. Like I’d do far roundhouse, low jab xx tatsumaki and I’d hit the jab too early and get a late tatsumaki. Or I’d try to walk forward far roundhouse after EX air fireball hit and I’d walk too close and get close roundhouse.
Some people dream they can fly and throw kamehamehas and shit. I dream my execution sucks.

It’s not like I was missing every combo or something. I’m just amazed and kind of depressed that even in my dreams I miss combos every once in a while.
I also had a dream where I figured out an obscure throw vulnerability property of Axl’s standing kick, then woke up and tested it in training mode and I was right. So I guess I just have an arcade-perfect emulator in my subconscious
You guys… holy god… never watch Zoo, not even out of some kind of snuff-film curiosity like “I wonder if I can take this or not.”
