Finally! Castlevania 3 is out on the Virtual Console. I can take a break from all of these stupid Mega Man games and play a real game.
so which route in CV3 is your favorite andrew?
The Sypha route, but I’m thinking of changing it to Grant just to get the 1-up in his level then switching to Sypha when the time comes. My big problem with the game is how slow it is, you could really axe like the first four levels or so and I think the game would be a lot less tedious. I’m definitely not the guy to talk about all the ins and outs of CV3, I don’t even like the game too much, but it seems like Josh doesn’t post anymore so what can you do.
Paul how many PS3 sticks do you have? I wanna play HDR/GG tonight if you’re down but you know I’m controller-impaired on the grill. Chris are you down? Anyone else?

Am I the only MU student left in this thread? I need some help with a student organization, so you have to be an MU student who’s currently enrolled. This is the third time I’ve talked about doing this, I know, but with Street Fighter IV coming out and casual players actually taking an interest in the game again I really feel like we need to do this. I figure we can do something like randomly-seeded ranking battles for SCIV, HDR and SFIV or something. If you have friends at MU who might be willing to help me out, please ask them.

I’m gonna do the puppetry program up in the mountains again. Being out in the country is great for meeting people who actually speak Japanese with you, and it’s 2 hours from Nagoya by (expensive) highway bus so if I really get stir-crazy I can go there for shopping, arcades, whatever.
Carl is pretty cool. Zappa Dog sandwich combos, volleyball combos, knights that look like cheese grater and such…

The crushing debt was actually kind of a short-term thing, which is why I was willing to let people help me out for Frosty Faustings. I should be mostly on my feet by the time summer comes around again.

I remembered dracula being fairly straight forward in cv3, or am I just remembering thru rose colored glasses back when my nes platforming skills were top tier?
