Take notes. The level of play is really high here, particularly for Alex G (well, no duh) Kombatfreak and Chetan IMO. They demonstrate a high level of knowledge about their characters and Alex’s defense is pretty bad ass (a few reversed tick throws, doesn’t get hit by 5D, very consistent on reversal backdash when he goes for it).

Josh I wish I had a big fat book of Venom mixups for you to xcopy or something, you play really well except that it’s just not scary to try to jump/backdash out from your shit with most of your characters. You might try focusing on one character for a while if you still care about GG. I don’t think any character is really “too difficult” for you.
Paul, our flight leaves early on saturday morning. It’s possible but we were thinking about staying at my brother’s house on friday night (in kansas City) before our flight left, so we wouldn’t have to worry about anythin. I can’t be sure if I’ll be there or not.
Oh this is how we got our tickets:
Last year I was supposed to go to my cousins wedding in California, but 4 days before the wedding, my cousin’s grandma died, so the wedding was cancelled. So we didn’t use our tickets, and I didn’t know that we still had money in our tickets. So, a couple of days ago, my dad calls me and asks me if I wanna fly anywhere because if I don’t go anywhere before dec 1st, the tickets lose their value. So me and my brother decide to go to los Angeles to hit up FFA

Everyone: Apparently Capcom Collection 2 drops this week on Xbox/Ps2.
I just got a call from one of my senior design group members that he scheduled a meeting with one of our mentors/professors at 4:30pm on Friday. These meetings are usually in depth and pretty technical so it’ll probably last a few hours. My group members told me that this is the only free time our mentor has. As for Wednesday and Thursday I’ll have to prepare for a test on Friday. It just sucks overall.
My brother might be able to make the tournament though.
We also recorded some vids on when we were in Omaha. Shekeib wanted to let people know that he went 8 and 20 against Simon before recording.

There might be a city bus stop within walking distance of my house… my house is on Stewart and I think there’s a stop on Greenwood. The problem is you have to go by 6:05, we might not have even started playing by then… and since I can’t drive I can’t get you home.
