edit: kirksville, I’m pretty sure there aren’t any 3S machines in STL. The arcade where everybody gets together is in the Northwest Plaza mall, but I’ve never been so I don’t know what kind of attendance it gets.
OK, it probably won’t cost much though to be honest. My guess is we’ll carpool up there, so gas isn’t a ton, and Cue was looking into an inexpensive hotel for me – but if you can’t afford that, there’s an open offer for free housing…
It’s 50/50 right now. Really I can still probably go I just need to figure out how much I’ll be earning next month and the charges for a hotel. What are you doing after work tomorrow by the way?
OK so STL failed me. I posted in both forums and there are no 3S machines at all in STL. :annoy: We are going to get some dinner here then head out to Gunthers. We should be there around 7:30 or 8:00 if things go well. Hope some of you are free I’d like to see how I measure up to you all.

Easy enough; it just wouldn’t be an official event. At club meetings, just go “by the way, there’s going to be a tournament at Gunther’s Games whenever” and at the tournament hand out fliers/brochures/whatever for the MU club… and that’s that. Cross-promotion, hell club members could probably be involved in running the tournaments, but just be careful not to say “A MIZZOU DRAGON PUNCHERS EVENT” or whatever.
