hey guys, i used to post here beginning of the 2010-2011 school year interested in playing some street fighter. back then i had no car, so i could never get to the meetups, and also i played on ps3.
but recently things have changed. i do have a way of transporting myself, and i sold my ps3 and got an xbox. my xtag is: CPAccountant
I ordered SSIV and it should come in later this week. I also have mvc3 so just add my gamertag and we can play. i don’t really think there’s time to meet up but i don’t mind some friendly in town competition over xbl. add me, and good luck with the rest of the semester and finals.
Hey guys, I figure most all of you are relatively close to A&M, so I want to point out that every Friday night at 8, there’s a get-together held in Studio 12 (downstairs in the lobby of the Commons on campus) where anyone and everyone come together and play any of their video games, play pool, play piano and even get FREE PIZZA. The event is called Aggie Nights, but not many people actually know about it.
If any of you want to start up a fight scene and you’re on campus on Friday nights, PLEASE come by and bring your consoles and favorite games! Right now the only games I’m seeing there are freakin’ CoD and Halo, and those get old fast. I’ll be down there playing TvC, and anyone can drop in with their games, claim a TV and take on anyone down there. There’s not much of a competitive scene here, but hopefully we can change that, and it starts with you. There’s nothing wrong with some free pizza, either. Come to Aggie Nights and bring your game face!
P.S.: Aggie Nights don’t run on Good Friday, so come next week!
Not quite sure what it’s like here now but I always kinda like to get in CS games when I’m visiting my parents. I’m in town for through today, Sunday. if you guys want to play ssf4 I’ll probably have time to check the thread again.

Yeah CPA, I’ll be around throughout summer. I’m always down to open some Pringles, so if you’re interested, let me know. To be honest, though, I only have a friggin’ Wii, so I’m rock solid on TvC and Smash but not too familiar with MvC3 or SSF4, though I’d like to learn them sometime.

Recently switched from 360 to PS3. Would love to get some casuals in. The only game that I really feel confident in right now is MK, but I’m always down for getting something new beat into me. By the way, anyone hitting Killeen this weekend?
