welcome to the thread. there’s not so much tournaments and stuff going on around here in CS. they run tournaments pretty regularly in austin though, at arcade UFO. however, there is a group of people here in CS who meet up to play casuals fairly often, usually once a week or so.
That sounds cool, but i’m still pretty crappy since i’ve only been playing a good few days 
I’m pretty into it though and ordered a stick recently (360) because I know i’ll be playing a while and the xbox controller just doesn’t work well with me for execution. Do most people around here have 360 or ps3?

Sounds cool It’s my birthday this month (June 20th) and the gf bought me a round 1 tournament edition stick that i’m getting used to right now. I got it early because…well just because It’s a little weird to get used to but I really didn’t play more than a week here and a week back home on pad so i should get used to it within the same amount of time. When do you all usually get together?
it really depends, but traditionally on thursdays
