With the news that there could be new costumes coming with v2012, I wanted to discuss what Cody could possibly get.

That was one of the concept ideas they used when designing his first costume. It looks hood, I’d like to see that in.
I don’t understand why Capcom won’t just give us his FF outfit.
Eh don’t get your hopes up. In my opinion the vast majority of alternate SFIV series costumes have been mediocre, uninspired efforts to put it nicely.
Chances are this will be no different. We’ll just get a costume with cody wearing a Hawaiian shirt or something else ridiculous and underwhelming.
His alternate 1 costume is considered his “FF outfit”, back when they described the thought process behind it.
Its ghetto-fied to represent the bad image that cody now follows. Also, they said his handcuffs would stay because theyre apart of his identity.
In all honesty, his alt. 2 costume would have been amazing if it wasnt for the man sandles.

I get that, but they can give him an alternate costume without ruining the character’s identity. I mean they made Zangief a robot for God’s sake 
Since he probably won’t give it, I’m hoping for something that kind of goes against his personality, like a business suit. Gotta admit guys like Dudley look pretty bad ass.

cody should DEF get a suit. or they should make a robo/cyber cody. on second thought, EVERYONE should get both a “fancy” alt, like a suit or tux and EVERYONE should get a robo/cyber alt. I actualy think that giving cody a suit would fit his personality if they kept the cuffs on him and I would think that the cuffs would be a constant for all alts. and though it’s not cody related, a cyber-sim would be perfect. but I hate him, lol.

I am with Kyored, I use Cody’s alt 1 because it reminds me of his FF outfit, but the gangsta shit is a little over the top. Who the wears a machine gun around their neck, seriously.
zuuku I have to disagree however, street wise is supposed to take part in the future after AE, and his SW outfit is a take off his ALT2 costume already. I would love to see his original FF costume, untouched. Maybe on the back it could say I heart Jessica … lol just kidding.
