I mean, I’m not sure how his frame trap/counter hit style would work in a game with chainable normals. People have reported you can’t rapid cancel (ie mash) jabs and the blockstun is huuuge on everything.

I’ll probably pick up Cody and Poison just for lulz. I have a feeling your going to need to know a lot of characters to be effective in this game. I had the opportunity to play a few matches at ECT. It was so much fun.
Okay Hagger is not in for sure! He already is in MvC3, Zangief is in for sure being a WW and all so it wouldnt make sense to have two Zangiefs (face it, they’re the same), and he was shown in the trailer getting owned, and only for a few seconds. Now Cody and Guy is a different story. They kicked a new challengers sign so yeah they might be in but he said something about missing the fight so im guessing that means they dont make it in this game. but like one of you sharp folks said, why would they bring in the ssf4 va for one line? idk we will see by gamescom. if not, TGS.

that doesn’t change the fact that one is the copy (to a certain degree) of the other. They’ll never be in the same game. period.

I heard Haggar isn’t in, so 3 is ok, imo. I think Haggar is left out because he’s in MvC, overlaps with Gief, Ono mentioned that not because a character is shown in a cinematic means he’s the game (and I sincerely hope it’s Haggar), plus if there’s Haggar, Gief, Hugo, Abel, plus the Tekken grapplers…that might be grab characters overkill.

He’s in prison and has used that outfit since forever…though I’m sure there will be alternate outfits. I want Final Fight good old jeans and t-shirt, or Streets of Rage blonde guy outfit, just for kicking the franchise in the balls.
