You should just order an Omni or the Panzer 3 Korean edition from jasenscustoms.com. That or just turn one of your Japanese sticks into a Korean one buy drilling the joystick hole to 35mm.
If you already have parts like buttons lever and pcb you can just get a case from @Allfightsticks he actually is one for sale now on the website in white and black and the cases are metal too.
