I haven’t got my stuff yet.
He said that he shipped out my missing part on Monday, August 17th.
As far as I know it doesn’t take 2 weeks from Ontario to Vancouver, BC.
I’ve just got screwed… (given that he doesn’t even reply to my e-mails & phone calls)
Can anyone meet confront him in person about the situation?

dont give up guys, i urge you to take it further and make him refund the money at least if not send your parts. i’ve started an RFD thread in the scammers section

feel free to tell them your story there, he and many other people WILL take notice as he frequents those boards daily.

your stuff was sent 2 times. first time even shows you signed for it. i sent another out package out after that and you still claim you got nothing. i will not ship out a third unless you agree to pay the charges and insurance.

thats becuase i dont respond to calls during the day. becuase most ppl work.

why havent you sent an email to me? i respond to all of those.

anyone who chooses to retaliate with immature scammed tactics will get exactly that. i dont know who you are raita but calling someone a scammer who has clearly shipped out almost all orders except for 2 missing customers orders is unacceptable. if i was a scam then no one would have gotten their product. i still continue to sell to ppl and ppl still continue to get their product.

i dont come on srk as much guys but i do respond to emails. i dont answer calls in day since i work and cannot take personal calls. some of you i am already talking to in emails for the last 2 weeks so saying i don’t respond to anything is false.

and last i cannot be held responsible for items going missing or taking long once they are handed off to a shipping company. that’s just out of my control from that point. i always follow up on all orders and i always ship orders with tracking if the customer pays for tracking and insurance. if your dont pay for those costs you dont get those features. and if somethings goes missing without those features that’s totally all on you. if anyone wants to escalate a claim with paypal by all means go ahead. i did my part as a seller and completed my half of all transactions.

actually now that i am looking at the order histories of some of you… there is some is some stuff that explains a lot.

you were emailed 3 times to pickup and 2 phone calls were made and no response.
you were one of the customers who forgot about their order and was sitting in this pile for more then 3 months. you and a few customers who forget about these orders were also the reason i put in place a 30 day policy for products on hold for pick ups. go back a few pages and you can see when this warning was posted. it was clearly stated here http://forums.shoryuken.com/showpost.php?p=7009582&postcount=874

your order was shipped out that same friday i told you it shipped.
yes there was a period where i was not able to respond at all and i apologized and addressed that with you then shipped out that week.
and i responded to all your pms and emails regarding this so i dunno what your talking about.
it may not be instantaneously but i do respond. even your bogus rfd posts. if nothing arrives but the end of this week i will contact Canada post and go from there.
as for the refund i said i would refund the cthulhu if i was not able to obtain any in time. i also said and it is also stated in the first post that i do not give any refunds at all. i was willing to make that 1 exception but i had 1 cthulhu buyer back out so i was able to fulfill your order. refer to your email history and you can see that.

your the buyer i just don’t believe to be quite honest. after 2 shipments out i just don’t see how its possible you can say you never got both even after your tracking info was posted in this forum and me eating the costs of extra product and shipping. like i said i will attempt 1 more time but you will have to cover the shipping and insurance this time and it will have to be a carrier of my choosing this time as well.

drop and email if you wish to discuss your options. keep in mind policies are in place and are being enforced. your all free to open disputes in paypal since i have receipts and tracking proving otherwise.

Unless you have a different email address that I’m not aware of, I have emailed you on July 27, Aug 14, and Aug 31. I did not get any reply for any of the three. I did not get any call either as you have suggested. Now I might have missed your calls which is entirely possible but I have voicemail and none were left. I’m not going to waste time arguing whether contacts were made at this point. That’s not important now.

It’s Friday, September 4th. the shipment hasn’t arrived. (mail delivery was made but no shipment)
I just don’t understand why it’s taking so long from Ontario to Vancouver.
I’ve shipped many items to Ontario, and usually takes about 7 business days at the most.
From August 14 to September 4 is 3 weeks.
I appreciated if you can contact Canadapost and find out what’s going on with the shipment.

Regarding no response, the last e-mail I’ve got from you is August 21st.
Since then I’ve emailed you on August 21 (eve.), August 28th, August 31st. and also I’ve PMed you from RFD forum on August 28th & September 2nd. I’ve also left you the message on your phone.

I don’t know about you guys but i have nothing but good experences buying for brian. If you look at the feedback score I don’t know how you can call him a scam.

Infamous - you didn’t ship anything, i came by to pickup my JLF kit when you were at the funeral and your girlfriend gave it to me… You sent me a text/email saying you didnt have any cases and i was missing a wiring harnass, and i told you i wanted a refund… So im not sure what your talking about when your saying you shipped stuff when i came for a pickup. =/
