This is fucked. I got my stuff, but it seems like many people didn’t. I’ve given up on group 3 and 4’s “special discount”. This all seems too sketchy for me. It’s clear that he’s still able to post on a discussion forum as we can see from RFD. I feel bad for all those that have been ripped off!!!
I called Infamouskid today, and he said that he will give me the refund this afternoon.
As of 8:13PM Pacific Standard Time, I have not receive the refund yet.

Maybe you should consider drilling him to the ground, since he doesn’t check this forum anymore and is frequently on RFD doing gameshares wit other members and selling/convincing ppl to get Teksavvy ISP’s.
This is getting very frustrated.
He sent me an partial shipment about a month ago.
Then he said that he will ship out the rest, and give me the refund for item that is not available.
I even talked him over the phone 2 days ago to confirm that he is going to give me the refund that afternoon, no word since.

This has been an interesting thread for the last month or so. He just backpedals and gets really defensive whenever I email or leave a message on this thread, so I just stopped. He said he reluctantly resent me a second package and he called me out for suggesting that he would cheat me out of five bucks. It wasn’t really the money, it was the principle, since I had went out of my way to send him back something he accidentally gave me. I just gave up on waiting for the package, I ebay’d the rest of it.

i’m also one of the unfortunates that is waiting on parts. normally i wouldnt care if its a few bucks but its a Cthulhu assembled which costs a bit of money i wouldn’t mind a refund but he hasnt responded to any of my emails my patience is growing thin

I do, i’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my refund. i went for a pickup and i was missing a wiring harnass, electrical tape, and my MDF Case that i’ve been waiting on for the past 3 months or so. I told him I wanted a refund, and i haven’t had a response yet. This is getting ridiculous considering i dont bother him much for it, 4 emails in 3 weeks seems VERY reasonable and patient.
Let me know how that goes because like I said earlier, I have waited since early May. I have yet to receive anything. I have some personal things I need to take care of or else I would be on the ball more.

He said he shipped my missing parts on Monday.
It usually takes about 5 business days, so let see what happens.
I think it is possible to do a charge back but I guess we will find out that soon. (If my shipment doesn’t arrive here by next Tuesday)
