Sorry about the doublepost, but I’m gonna see what’s happening 2nite. I think the Dayton guys are hanging out @ Adam’s (Actionhank’s) place 2nite, so that’s what most of the Dayton peeps are doing. Since they’re doing that, I guess we’ll get some BR in @ GW 2nite unless someone has something else in mind. I’ll be calling around & seeing what everyone is doing. :tup:

Freakin japanese people man WOULD be the ones that put out a gba fighting game combo video and make it look good.
I guess we got to wait till Oct because Namco-Bandai is working on balancing the game… either that or they just want to stick in more new costumes.

Nice! Now I know the numbers correspond to the normals and directional abbrevs are self-explanatory. I’m PinkyJustice and although I am not new to video games and fighting games in particular (been playing since the late 80s), I am just now wanting to become competitive. But the unfortunate thing is, I now live in Ohio and the scene here isn’t exactly “bumpin’” if you know what I mean.
I currently live in Cincinnati, but I lived in Dayton for about 9 months and my sister lives there (so I am constantly back and forth between the two cities)
I am posting this in both the Cinci AND Dayton threads hoping to find some players to kick my ass in various games, including but not limited to:
Street Fighter 4 (what I am currently trying to get DAMNgood at), as well as Third Strike, the Alpha series and 2 Turbo (soon HDR)
Guilty Gear XX Accent Core+
Blazblue
KOF (XII right now)
I play alot of games, but mostly fighting games/beat em ups and shoot em ups…
I have only had SF4 for a couple weeks and I’m looking for really good opponents in that if at all possible… Is any one else here looking to be THE BEST? It seems like alot of people I know and have met in Cinci/Dayton just like to play for no other reason than to…
I would like to one day be able to make a living off of this sort of thing, but the midwest seems overall pretty dry as far as pro level players are concerned (not that it matters right now because I totally suck at the moment haha), so I’m hoping to make some contacts here on SRK since I was told this was the place to go…
Come to Arcade Legends tomorrow for some fierce BB and GG competition. PLUS there’s always alot of casuals on other games going on. You’ll get to play folks from Cincy, Dayton, Columbus, Cleveland and maybe Northern KY. We have something going on almost every week so keep an eye on the tournament threads.

I read something about there not being more than one Bound in a combo…my guess is that it was either the launcher used or the player not teching? I unno
