Dudley is speculated to be one of the best characters in the game. His OH was always nasty, it’s just nastier now. Interesting how Guy’s EX hurricane kick is a great reversal, glad he got something really good. I’m still curious about any changes to Bison, although I think he’s being kept the same, which isn’t a bad thing.
Go read the front page article about his Ultra 1 , They buffed it tremendously.

I’m sorry, but this is just too fuckin funny. Whether or not I choose to play Hakan (or even if i get hit by this Ultra), this is still too funny. I’m willing to see just how silly this ultra gets now. lol.
…although, I’m sure this isn’t too much worry about. Hakan doesn’t look like he pressures well enough to persuade the opponent to fall in his ultra. It just looks like if you are pressing too many buttons, or you are an idiot, you kinda deserve the Oil 69. Plus I don’t think he stays on the ground long…maybe there is a recovery window to punish it (to stop it from being randomly spammed)?

I agree, I’m liking alot of the stuff I read about cody, juri and hakan. Though abel was skipped for that article its all good.
Hakan’s jump is like a KOF short hop, so has to rely on his oil gimmick to get in. Whether or not his priority on the ground can beat…say…standing RH, remains to be seen.
I agree, recently watched it on Netflix and relived some ol’ memories.
