Good games to everyone yesterday at school. I had a lot of fun playing you all. Sorry I’ve been absent you guys but I got a lot going on with life and work and unfortunately, I work 9-7 on Saturday so I can’t make it to AL… Sometime hopefully next week, though.
Like Nathan said, 3pm for SSFIV qualifier tomorrow. ALSO, a FREE Mario Kart Wii tourney starts at 5pm. Real prizes to the top 2. I was planning on doing Tekken 6 as well but most of the Tekken players can’t make it tomorrow so it’s canceled.
I will need one PS3 with SSFIV setup for tomorrow. First one to post up here gets the free admission. Anyone else can bring setups for casuals if they’d like. I’ll have all the TVs set up. Mario Kart will be on the big screen until that tourney is over so you can get some practice in if you show up early. Bring your GC controller if you don’t like playing on the Wiimotes. I have 3 at AL but it will be 4-on-4 matches.
I can bring my ps3 tomorrow, if you need it.
I also have some wavebirds floating around if you can use those. Might need new batteries though.

You don’t have to pre-reg. You can just sign up when you show up just like any other tournament. You get the freebie. You do have SSFIV right? You only mentioned the PS3. Bring those wave birds. I’ll bring some batteries. Are they AA or AAA?

I think I’ll be at the arcade around noon to play casuals and stuff, I’d like to play in the qualifier but I cant make it to the 3rd week of tryouts or whatever, I’m mostly just trying to lvl up my game for MWC and PowerUp. Jesse, do you need another PS3 or just a copy of SSF4? Because I was just planning on playing on a station and doing a gauntlet run at some point so i can get pointers and practice in.

It doesn’t cost anything extra and it doesn’t matter if you can’t make it to one of the other qualifiers. You can still play in it and get a little tournament experience. Bring that PS3 if you want a casual station for it. Definitely wouldn’t hurt

@ Spearl - Thanks for poppin up, you should come through to AL sometime. I’m not sure if you’ve ever been (you may have and I just wasn’t there). Glad your girl was cool with comin through and didn’t pay any mind to all the swearing that goes on in my house while gaming. GG’s brotha, Lars f,f1+2 is one difficult move to deal with.
Hey all, Eric informed me he’s having games at his house tomorrow around 3pm. Unless his plans have changed, I suppose anyone interested should just pm him for his address. I’m assuming he asked me to post because he’s at work and wanted to make sure people had some advance notice.
That’s cool, I was going to invite people sunday around the same time. Hopefully he can confirm what’s happening and I’ll go, assuming someone will play sooper with me.
There will be games at my place from 3-11:30 or Midnight. (I gotta go to work at 8 on Monday so I gotta let you all go then!) I have 3 CRTs I can set up, though I only have 1 PS3. So, I’ll need someone to bring a set-up or two. Anything anyone wants to bring is welcome, and the only other warning I can give is that I think two of those CRTs are 18 or 19 inch screens, so if someone needs a bigger TV, you’ll have to bring one!
I’ll be away from my computer for most, if not all of the night, so I’ll go ahead and throw up my cell number so anyone who doesn’t have it can inquire within about directions and plans.
