video games tonight at my place around 6 we will be playin all night in practice for the tournament tomorrow hit me up if you wanna come over 513-382-5445 some of the dayton kids are comin down and i have a friend from columbus comin over and some of us cincy kids…you 3d head are more than welcome to come over you will just need your own equipment…sorry i dont have any 3d here but i do have room and anyone who wants to stay the night can but im expecting a lot of ppl to stay so sleeping space will be limited to the floor but ya you guys should come out we never really get together like this unless we are all at a tournament

I have a quick question for yall. Anyone planning to go to the Chicago tourney on January 3rd? Reason I’m asking this because I would like to know if anyone will be entering the CVS2 tourney that will be hosted there. I’m trying to see How many people are interested, how many copies of the game are needed and the amount of tv’s I will need to get to run it. Any input is appreciated.

Hey I’m not real familiar with the scene down south here but for anyone that I met or played at the tournament good games and thanks for putting on/supporting a good event. Hopefully when SF4 hits a lot of players will flock to a tournament.
hey whats up guys, i hope there is a get together soon, because i really need to let off some stress. i had to whip my girls ex boyfriends ass the other day for being stupid and putting his hands on her, anyway the story is in the woman/girl thread, but yo i just need some games.
Big props to Sluch for running both tournaments extremely well.
-Props to Sluch for making it a hard fought victory, some close matches and some good Lili work, also props for doing so well in SC IV… third ain’t nothing to sneeze at considering the competition.
-Props to D. Legend for also putting up a good fight…LOL Lili was a really bish to play this tournament. Also some damn impressive SC IV beatdowns as well.
-Props to Krono for winning SC IV from the losers bracket… Kilik really stopped D’s rampage for sure. Made me happy that I invested in you LOL.
-Props to Enter the Gecko, That Anna is kicking butt and nice wall combo finishes. I was impressed.
-Big props to Sean and Andrew for driving all the way out to West Chester and playing as well… always nice to meet new people.

Personally I have been using the PS3 Hori stick. http://sdtekken.com/tech-area/arcade-sticks/ps3-fs3/
It’s pretty sturdy and the only real issue I have with it is that it’s L1 and R1 buttons are at the front of the buttons and the face buttons (i.e triangle, circle, square, cross) are in the middle. A quick trip to button config fixes that tho. Highly reconmend and it’s only $45 or less.

Just letting u know that I posted up a Results & Props thread for Them vs Us. I don’t have any of the results from the 2D Fighting Games, so I only have the results up from all the 3D Fighting Games. I’ll edit in all of the results from the 2D games once Josh lets me know what they are. :tup:

P.S. This thread has almost a 1,000 posts on it, so we should probably make a new thread pretty soon.
I only get Monday and Tuesday off. If anyone thats into 2D wants to do our own little thing on either day then let me know. If you wanna play last gen, a PS2 and power strip will be needed. I do have an SDTV I could get out the closet. Tatsunoko players will also need their control setups. I only have one set of needed controls, as my PS2 converter didnt work.
