I def agree with Mike that your stepping game is getting really good and you were doing good against Lili today for sure. I’m still working on my throw breaking. I was breaking some good throws with Phil the first set we played. It went to shit after a while.

So yeah…I got some terrible news. I just found out 2day that I have 2 work on Monday Night. All the Managers are doing End of the Month shit w/ inventory for everything @ work on Tuesday morning, & I’m the only one that doesn’t have inventory 2 do, so that leaves me & only me 2 close up shop @ the GW on Monday Night. :sad: I’m pretty fuckin’ pissed about it, but what in the shit can u do!? When they need u 2 work, they need u 2 work.
Don’t let that discourage u guys however. I’ll still give Derrick a call 2maro & or Sunday & see if he’s cool w/ having all the peeps over as usual for Monday Night Tekken. Just wanted to say what’s up to everyone again since it’s been months since I’ve posted in this thread. I really plan on making it to some DR and 3S Casuals in the near future now that I’m done with school for the summer. I actually got some online matches in DR with ETG over the weekend, and they were decent matches. I’m definately wanting to better my game in both DR and 3S and wanting to meet up again with the local gamers to put faces with names. I live in Milford and wouldn’t mind hosting a Casuals one night, although my apartment wont hold many! Again, I hope to make it out to meet you all and get some quality DR and 3S matches ASAP! :tup:

On topic, I live in the Georgetown area down here in KY…really isn’t anyone to play with. Im unable to travel atm, but working on it hardcore this year. Its something, back when I lived in Cincy only place I knew to play was the Tilt at the Northgate Mall, down Colerain Ave. (I used to live there) until they closed that up. And then recently Game Junkie is closing up, glad to see people are still playing up in that area:rock:
I play SC primarily, but I’ll play whatever the crowd does Tekken, SF, GG, hell I even play Brawl to DOA. Its whatever.

Rekano, u r correct. That is the same Derrick (Derrick Legend) that we’re talking about. It’s really funny that u popped up on this thread out of nowhere. I tried getting ahold of u over on TekkenZaibatsu about a year & a half ago when I was looking 4 some Tekken competition around Cincy. :lol: Things are going pretty strong here in Cincy as far as the Tekken community is concerned. If u ever get ur traveling situation taken care of, ur more than welcome 2 head up hear 4 some comp anytime. Plus, Derrick still plays SC & he still is really fuckin’ good @ it, so u’ll have no problems getting in some comp 4 that game either. :tup:
Phil, Milford is essentially a suberb outside of Cincinnati here & Georgetown, KY is about 45 minutes south of Florence, KY & 60 minutes away from downtown Cincinnati. :tup:

Dave, good games 2nite brotherman. Doing some good stuff w/ Anna & Roger Jr. 4 sure. Just make sure 2 stay away from DRO. That shit fucks w/ ur sense of timing on juggles & how 2 punish, that it does. Just remember 2 work on that movement like I told you 2. You’ll notice that’ll you’ll be playing 10 times better once you start using some good movement against ur opponents. :tup:

Yeah, I’ve been MIA from quite a few communities really. Just where I’ve been at…has this huge(and very hidden) populus of Smash players…so thats the only game I’ve had hardcore comp for around here. So I’ve been using that and Xbox Live stuff to keep my reflexes up. Thanks for the extended invite to come play with you guys, I’ll let you guys know when I get transportation together. :smokin:
