J2, B21, 113xxToss MB, F21xx BF3. Add MB to the hook charge to add a couple of damage points and close set up with 44 advantage frames.

Edit: Weird thing, but Joker’s super beats out lobo’s for some reason.
Edit 2: After watching Dreamking’s combo video (below) it seems that Lobo’s damage really starts to drop off at around the 50% mark. Since most of his metered and trait combos do that for one meter, I think anything that uses over 2 is too impractical.
Edit 3: After conditioning the opponent with the 21 overhead, the toss is a frame trap if they block both attacks standing. If they crouch the overhead will open them up and screw with their head.

I think I figured out a way to get B+3 from Czar Toss consistently and there is a slight Easter Egg involved… Let me 'splain it to you…
Basically you want to be pressing the inputs b and 3 at the exact same time right as your opponent is reaching the apex (Highest point) of the bounce. That’s when the input is necessary. This should help you get the timing down. If you input back a hair before 3 it won’t come out. By doing it at the exact same time, you will learn the timing. It’s definitely strict, no doubts there. If you have pressed the inputs as they are starting to fall, it won’t work. You have to hit the inputs at the top of the bounce or as close as you can get it.
An easier way, and this is where the “easter egg” comes in, is to be aiming or timing it so that the shotgun BLAST, not the gun, but the blast is nearly level with their Nether-regions (nyuk, nyuk, nyuk). Basically like you’re shooting them in the nards. (The easter egg being that Lobo would be the type to just cold shoot somebody in their nards)
Hit the nail on the head. This really works. Took me a minute, It was touch and go with the hit and misses, but once I got the tempo/timing right - it’s just auto zoom now. Thanks so much man.

Glad this has helped. This timing of hitting the inputs at the exact same time has worked with other characters’ difficult B3 links.
Hitting Back a nano second before 3 causes you to back up and screws the whole combo up.
On the subject of the next patch ( 1.05 )… WTF?! NO adjustments for Lobo at all and he’s one of the characters that needs adjusting most. Frustrating.
