Why would people not be constructive?  Surely you added your video’s here to get feedback on them about where you got thing wrong or ideas on how to improve.  That’s generally why anyone here posts video’s of themselves, don’t take advice as insult some members here (most no longer post or post rarely) used to be very harsh about video’s.  Its not meant personally, its meant to help you improve, don’t post if you don’t want advice and if you are posting your video’s because you think they can help other Chun’s here then say why it can help…<div><br></div><div>My advice on what I’ve seen would be to learn Match Ups, safe jump, set ups and better spacing and use of pokes rather than doing combo videos of combos and links you don’t use yourself in fights for whatever reason.  </div><div><br></div><div>Your Chun isn’t bad and take my above sentence without offence I haven’t watched a lot of your videos but you don’t do some of the fundamental things in some situations that really to play at a higher level you need to do… And that doesn’t mean that I do them all the time, I know (as do all the Chun’s here about their own game) I can improve.  I myself have been less involved with the game and Chun on and off recently so I know my game can improve :)</div>

Not sure if it’s well-known or not because I don’t post here very often. If you follow up a jump-in with Cr.MK, you can cancel it into EX SBK and keep your opponent in the corner, Leads to some pretty high-damage combo setups.</span></font></div>

you cant link Ex sbk from cr.mk, you can cancel it.

Generally speaking, as long as you’re not in the corner, EX SBK will pretty much always send your opponent forward when used in a combo.  When used as an anti-air it depends on which side they are on, but yes in the corner cr.MK has enough pushback to keep them on the same side they were on.

Err, you know this site has a section for SFxT? Given that this is the SF4 threads I’m not exactly sure what to say! (also noting I didn’t watch em so I can’t really comment on)…

Sorry if that sounds a bit ass like but… well… yeah

Wrong Chun-Li forum sir. Here’s a link to the SFXT one.

damn fugly vids

This has been around since Vanilla. I’d say I haven’t used it much since then because of the requirements for it to be useful (at least damage wise): You have to be close enough to one of the corners, have down charge and be relatively close to your opponent which usually means you have to confirm this off of a jumpin (I usually go for legs combos after a jumpin connects). Also the EX SBK doesn’t always hit fully on everyone after cr. mk, resulting in it being the same damage as EX Legs and they don’t pop-up as high… leaving you without much time to juggle.
It will always throw them forward though, so controlling where your opponent will be is always nice.

I’ll probably try to consciously use it more often after a stun if I don’t have Ultra and don’t want to deal with a mixup when jumpin -> cr. hp -> mk. SBK won’t kill (I don’t do the other SBK one out of fear of dropping that BS).

More of the Singaporean Chun-Li’s. I will watch later, so I hope they’re new and not re-ups.

Just saw this video today and what the hell… why is there so much Chun Li hate? I used to main her in my early (newbie) days of playing SFIV, but as I got into other characters I found her damage potential is pretty crappy without attempting combos that will eventually break my joystick buttons. Aside from that, I also found her to be overall high risk, low reward type of character as it’s so easy to mess up with her, and almost everything she does is like an invitation to focus attack. I don’t main Chun anymore, but whenever I see that Chun hate while shoto players get all the love and shaft-riding, a little bit of me dies inside. Just how do you guys have the patience to stick with Chun Li as your main?
