I checked out your site, and its pretty O_O, but great work noneless hehe, you made me interested in Blender again, any tips and or tutorials you recommend for checking it out. If I could make it to N64 graphics, I’d be set haha!
There are a lot of good tutorials on Blender, but I made a brief tutorial on posing and rendering posted below. I also have an older version of my basic female model posted there. There are simple instructions how to download it:
Sounds good, and I’ll tell you what, though I will need a little help, I’ll do a Safe for Work version, of whichever lady you don’t do. Granted, it will be horrible, but Ill wing it off your tutorial.

As I indicate in the tutorial, the easiest way to make a costume is to make a copy of the female, and scale it up slightly (actually ALT+S is a better way to do this than the way I wrote in the tutorial) and then modify it to your needs. This way you don?t have to worry about weighting the costume, and the costume will almost always align to the skin correctly when posing!
Let me know which lady you choose, I’d imagine I will be doing Chunners, but let me know for sure

I’d say Chun-Li over Cammy, just don’t overexxagerat proportions or give her a dinky sliver of eye, because that ain’t ideal
or Luwanda over Cammy.
I’ll throw my hat into the mix and say makoto because there’s not enough of the girl. But for right now, I’ve got my vote in for Cammy as well. If you do Juri next, that’ll be awesome. Ooo! Viper. Just a thought. Anyway dude, very nicely done 3d models.

Alright, I didn’t really want to post this, but I thought I would show my progress so far. Cammy has a different body type than my base female model, so it is taking quite a bit of work. Hopefully I will get to the face and hair this week!
