What are the inputs for TK legs?

Does anyone else miss Chun’s double slap? Instead of having that chop as mp, capcom should have given her double slap as a tc. Press mp twice for both slaps, once and you get the first slap and you could still link c.mk after or cancel into specials, super etc. Not a real gripe, I just miss that move lol. Other than that this is my favorite version of chun, she’s so good!

3S slaps were fun. Don’t miss them, but yeah.

For TK legs you can either do d,df,f, uf, d+MK (23692+MK) or just jump then immediately do legs with uf,d,df,f+MK (9236+MK)

Getting fucked by cross ups as well. Can’t ever seem to get b+hk out in time.

Forget it. You either jump back air throw or if you if it was poorly spaced you can get a f.mp or cr.hk from the other side.

I have been spamming this since Friday! so good. b+hp seem to be a thing too. I didn’t know till i check the frame data but it is plus 2 on block?! Also plus 3 on hit. So a meaty b+hp c.lp SBK is real! On VT the sky is the limit. I got a feeling her VT is going to be nerfed in the final version. :sad: When her hands are glowing you can just go on a crime spree! Either the timer is going to be even shorter or its going to have that Karin/Cammy effect.

Yeah, it makes fighting characters like Karin and Laura a chore (I swear the latter has a jump in that’s ambiguous as fuck).

Of course, my muscle memory making me hit down to tech instead of back on knockdown isn’t helping.

Doing 23692+mk gets me her stomp. Doing 23693+mk like Otori gets me legs.

Everyone should follow this dude’s channel. Really good at finding out stuff, he had a video on super cancellable s.hp before.

He had one showing cr.mk dodging mika’s charge move and I use it 100% of the time now. In this video v-skill beats the moonsault slash, dunno if it’s reliable though.

Yeah my friend was looking at his beta 2 video stuff a while ago. I like his use of air legs too. Uses it as legitimate pressure tool.

I would do V Skill on anticipation of moonsault slash, but not sure about doing that shit on reaction.

Yeah it’s too slow. Tried it vs birdie grab and it’s not good either unless you’re playing under drugs.

There is no catch all for moonsault, b+RH is her only reliable anti air for it and jump ins in general. Though Nash can do some tricks to annoy your timing. Just get in the habit now of using b+RH for all your anti air needs, trust me on this.

Setting up CCH b+HP, just do c.lp b+hp walk forward(or dash after any plus normal) b+hp. HK CCH you can not really set up from what I found it is more of an anti fb and mash tool. On CCH b+HP you have to learn the range of it and realize sometimes it is worth just taking the corner carry instead of the sweep or EX.

For Instant air LL, personally just tap up then do the input, learn how to do that because doing it as a TK motion makes it really awkward to do from a dash or right after a c.lp. The Hurt box on the move is gigantic now so it is still great for beating c.lp/throw but it’s not a constant pressure tool because someone can hit literally any button and beat it.

Think I decided today that Chun is my bae once again with SFV. Seriously hoping she doesn’t undergo too many changes between now and launch.

So how exactly are do you do st.MP, cr.Mp into MK SBK ? I can’t get the charge time at all. Is it just pure charge or is there is a trick to it ?

To add to that just make sure you tap down almost immediately at the same time after you hit s.MP. Like pretty much plink s.MP ~ down so you have the most time possible to charge. Then link c.MK while holding down and wait until a bit after the c.MK has already started to animate through and then hit up +MK

Yeah good point. Another thing I think I do too is use the buffer system. Since the s.mp is usually done after a dash, cr.lp or after blockstun just press it earlier and start charging before the move even begins. It’s a lot harder for me to do it from a walk foward frame trap, for instance.

Oh? As opposed to the plethora of changes she and a bunch of characters underwent since the first beta and people are *still *complaining? And don’t even get me started on all those new moves and stuff that got taken out of the very first build at Capcom Cup 2 years back.
