I think her optimal v-trigger VTC combo is actually j.hp> cr.hp VTC > cr.hp > lk.legs > cr.lp > cr.mk > mk.SBK [343 / 493 stun]
It worked in beta 1, when cr.mk was +3/0 and started up faster. Didnāt work in beta 2.

I actually used that combo pretty often during the first beta, it added a bit of extra damage, it also allowed me to charge a bit longer for her kikouken.
cr.mk, cr.lp, st.mp xx (ex)qcf+hk
cr.mk, cr.lp, cr.mk xx kikouken
or do something else, you could literally confirm of that single cr.mk anyway.
Now you just give up charge if you decide to go for a cr.lp, st.mp or a regular mp. B.hp is cool though, just fucking one dimensional.
s.MP, f+MP no longer links on regular hit.
B+HK is now 70 damage down from 80 (down from 100 in Beta 1)
St. HK is 90 down from 100
DF+MK is 70 down from 80
DF+HK is 80 down from 100

Headstomp legs cancel now requires you to link c.LP to combo after. s.MP no longer works.
It looks like CCH B+HP during v-trigger doesnāt screw up the juggle anymore.

Oh nevermind. I just fired up the PC beta and I guess it didnāt change at all. Maybe it was the first beta I was thinking about, but something felt off about it when I tried it out back when the 2nd Beta first came out.
Chun is reality good perfect balance achieved with her I feel, I wish Capcom would do the same for everyone else.
She is perfect where she is now. Capcom shouldnt touch her, karin, cammy, birdie, vega. Now they need to bring everyone else to their level especially ryuā¦
Thatās why Iām glad I picked Chun Li. Figured from SFIV that they may try to mess around with the more experimental characters. Made sure to pick a character with good walk speed and good buttenz. Plus her normals work a lot like her 3S ones (which Iām sure they did on purpose) so she feels very familiar as a 3S player.
Hopefully we get more people on the Chun Li train. Had a good mirror match vs one earlier. b+HP crush counter soooooo good.
actually birdie isnt as good as everyone thinks he tooked the hardest nerf in terms of damage, he used to be able to get into the 700-800 dmg zone but now he barely breaks 500 with meter and vtrigger :ā(

The only thing that is really driving me crazy about Chun is the input priority SBK has over Legs. Like if I do an empty jump-in into low short, low jab, legs I often get an sbk instead of legs because I have a habit of rolling the 236 to 9. I really wish they would add some code to detect that if both a QCF and UP motion are detected while sitting on charge legs would come out instead of sbk.
