Honestly. if the admins are being stupid, or the filter gets lamer- someone should pony up and pick a new server. The allcaps filter is way too sensitive, and yes, Naruto does suck as an anime, but no worse then DBZ or other similar stuff.
I was banned from srk for several weeks after making a bad games post on a dk member. Until I recieve a response whiich proves contrary as to why i was banned - i’m assuming these dk people have quite a bit of reach.
People have problems with me because I don’t put up with their bullshit. End of story. If half of the people that played on kaillera actually acted like human beings, then there wouldn’t be a need to ban. You make racial derogatory comments against me? Banned. You make racial comments towards ANYONE? Banned. We don’t want that in GodWeapon, so take your shit somewhere else. I have never, ever banned someone just because I lost a match. I have always had just reason. Period.
I sure don’t speak in rascist terms, my dad is black and my mom is spanish…so…how do you explain banning me?

I fully agree with the new server suggestion. It’s a shame that everyone is on GW so we have to put up with this nonsense. There are so many other servers out there, some of which are better. Unfortunately, everytime I join these servers they are either empty or close to being empty so I am forced to come back to GW. I look forward to the day when I never have to enter GW again.
I’ve been using p0wn lately…not only does it run fairly well and averages out the pings for west and east coast players, but it seems higher quality players reside there…I was actually in a kof 6 player last night with some decent players.

I’d recommend the place as well. It’s not Sunnyvale arcade quality, but it’s about the level of Starcade in Raleigh back in the day player quality wise (and that place was perfectly acceptable qualitywise)

I know for sure it was you that banned me because we were in the middle of a game (which your A-Sagat was getting worked over in)…i wasn’t talking to anyone else, no one else had reason to ban me at that moment. And well…you seemed to not be taking it too well that you were losing…don’t even try to convince me it was someone else. And I’ve gone by a few different usernames but lately Its Soaphead11. (although I haven’t been on GW for awhile because of people like you). Its never been daigo. And I completely agree with the rest of you: the only reason I go into GW at all is because theres many users there, most other servers run much better…and dont have WSOP as an admin.

No offense intended but its sounds like the admins are only there to ban to people. I’ve personally never had a problem with an admin though. And the server seems pretty good to me, probably the best on the net. Sure its not ideal at times, but thats cause its got the highest traffic.

You guys just don’t understand. The admin NEVER punishes a random person. People have a cause. If you piss the admin off either by trash talking, scrolling, or whatever the case is, then that is what you have done. What do you think is going to happen when you are the direct cause of pissing off the admin? It’s amazing how it’s the same people complaining over and over again. If you like to piss the admin off and don’t like the consequences, then leave. If you can’t find players elsewhere then stfu and act like a normal human being, damn.
I don’t have a problem whatsoever with the admins (<3 WSOP) or the server but the only thing that irked me was being banned for this reason.

Ok I’ve read long enough and would like to add my comments.
It’s true that Admins won’t punish random players, but sometimes the reason is very childish. I have no trouble with most GW Admins exceptT for a particular one. I don’t have to mention his name but you know who you are and there’s already few that complained about him.
He doesn’t bother me anymore. But it happened a few times in the past, just by me beating him and being accused of using auto fire. I got kicked out of games and banned. It even came to a point of me just playing in Anti3d because that was the only server at the moment with the auto fire detect feature and I was tired of dealing with his childish behavior.
It’s true that some of the complaints are petty stuff . But little things do add up and they need to be addressed.
Thank you for providing us with a good server to meet and play in.

Perhaps certain admins should spend less of their time trolling for kids to ban
and more time actually trying to answer peoples questions and fix some problems.
Do you people really think that just because you run something, that gives you the right to operate it in any manner you wish? Even though how you do so affects other people? What if the president of the US made a law that states anyone who used the F-word is kicked out of the country, and when asked what the purpose of the law was he simply said “Screw you, its my country, I’ll run it the way I wanna run it”.
Sure, its your server, you can run it the way you want, but that doesnt make it the right thing to do.
