I’ll be honest here and say that women who are 18 and up but still look really young are a kind of crazy grey area. What I mean is that they look super cute in the face, are more than likely short, but still might have ass/hips and breasts of a grown woman.
But with women like that I don’t necessarily think along the lines of “she’s hot” or “sexy as hell”, but more of a “cute and sexy” combo comes to mind. Look at Willa Holland, Rachel Bilson, and most of ABC Family’s actresses, now they really represent “sexy and cute”.
But girls like Sarah Hyland, Emily Kinney, Olsen Twins, and Dakota Fanning? I don’t find them “sexy” or “sexy and cute”, there’s nothing about them obviously screams that towards me. Girls like that are just “cute” imo, and don’t exude any real sex appeal. I can understand some guy maybe wanting to date and possibly develop a meaningful relationship with them (which can lead to sex), but not the raw mentality of “I can’t wait until she’s 18 so I can beat/smash/bang” which is just purely about sex and awkwardly creepy to me.
Well truth is that girls at the 16-20 range girls don’t really vary much in terms of physical maturity so some actresses and models who look hot now at 20 look identical to what they looked like at 16.
So if a chick is 21, that makes it okay to fap one out to a movie where she was like 15 when she made it? I think not

Actually, they were pretty cute in there early twenties to (Olsen twins), but then drugs happened. So…pretty much a much more mild Lohan effect (considering they were no where near as hot as Lohan at her peak).
Moral of the story for young hollywood starlets is that drugs always derail your career, stop doing it :sad:
