Actuarial accredidation exams. ASA = Associate of the Society of Actuaries, or some shit like that.

ASA = Associate of Society of Actuaries. It’s a precursor to become a Fellow. I’m on the last of my preliminary exams, then it’s like 8 modules to get ASA. Then it’s 3 more exams, and a bunch more modules for the Fellowship.
I’ll work on my CFA after.

Always good to have a career. Wish I could go back to college but student fees are a bitch and getting a loan isnt an option cause my credit isnt too good. sigh Maybe I’ll keep looking out for those Initial D tournaments an win a new car.
Sorta makes me wonder if you could make a living off of winning video game tournaments. The only problem that I’ve come across with this is airfare and of course the x-factor of actually winning the tournaments you enter.
I’ve never been to EVO but As far as I’ve noticed, the game developers don’t sponcer the events. Like, when I was in motocross, when I won my first year I got sponcered by a local store, free bike and replacement parts for the whole year a long as I had a few of their store stickers on my bike (and parents truck :rofl;). So say, why wouldn’t Capcom or Arc Systems sponcer Wong (throwing a name out there, forgive me) if he won EVO? Send a shirt, hat, promo art, hell an arcade cab for doing such a good job. I just think it’d be cool is all.
