Also, if most of you newer players actually played FG other than SF4… you’d know that breaking into competitive FG is tough ropes.

nah he lost a round i believe but won the match. that little kid was doing psychic dp’s and random ultras that would sometimes hit.
and everytime he did an ultra, he would take his hands completely off the controls and look around like “yea that was the shit!”

hahah so much drama, you guys seriously are acting all tough for no reason. You want to be heard by us then fine just let your game do the fucking talking and not your mouth. Its cool that we have a arcade and I like that people are becoming regulars…it will breed comp. I don’t see the need for people to act like dicks on the forums to each other when we should be really trying to just compete hard and progress. Getting good doesnt happen overnight, so if you are going to tell someone some advice at least don’t be a dick about it as if you were all that, because trust me you aren’t.
If you are going to have a gathering keep it to PMs please if you are only inviting certain people. I myself don’t think there is anything wrong with being selective in who comes over if you are going to keep it like that, but posting it as a public gathering then shunning everyone who wasn’t part of your crew is downright wrong. Its hard to decide who comes over and who doesn’t in regards to space since our scene is growing so drastically. I really hate to be the one choosing who comes over or not but every time I try to be a bit more selective it doesn’t work out. More then half the good players I know just don’t travel or are online whores only. Public gatherings can be a bit rough for a host in terms of cleaning up and constantly having to cater to the guest in your house(which kills host play time!) as well as getting a massive electric bill lol. All in all Im probably going to have my public gatherings again and would welcome ANYONE to please show up. Not trying to be a dick to you guys by any means in my post but please keep all this dumb ranting elsewhere and away from the forums. Let us unite and work together instead.
