Hey guys, please use this thread for any future information pertaining to gatherings/tourneys and local matchmaking. This is an attempt to make things easier for people to read & locate players when they want to play games. Still use this current thread for all general chicago discussion needs.
This is not a thread hijack or attempt to fuck over jerry so don’t even start with that shit. We all know it is extremely difficult to locate gathering information in this threads current state, and this is a trial attempt to fix that. I appreciate any help or feedback you have on the subject so feel free to pm me with any concerns. Thanks guys.

the thread I just made was an idea proposed, and I have no idea if it will work, but there is a need for it. I also don’t think there’s many dedicated mb players in the midwest, especially chicago. I mean people will play it, but likely not to the competitive degree that people are going to be taking sf4/bb. isn’t there also a specific forum in other online games dedicated to the mb series?
the reason I proposed the other thread is because it’s near impossible to find info on gatherings in here without doing a lot of searching, and by the time you find it, the person may have already canceled it. I’m not trying to start anything here, but stating it may just be a situation of NEED vs. WANT. this was something I’ve been thinking about for awhile now, and with a near 1k post chicago thread in a week, I think the time is right.
also, the number of chicago players hosting gatherings may outweigh the number of total midwest melty players. I don’t think you factored that in.

FUCK my 360 just got Error E 74…thats 1 red light fellas. Fucking piece of shit Microsoft, I paid alot for my Elite…if 360 didnt have the best online experience id trade this hunk of shit in for a PS3. Anyone know someone who can fix it? Id take it to modchipman but I really dont want to wait like 3 weeks for it to get fixed…

d, didn’t you just say you modded your 360…I’ve had an elite also for 2 years now with no problems…the elite was the first model to feature the better cooling chipset before the rest of them got it.
I dunno man, but I’d be more likely to blame your mod or the electrical short that blew out your modem port then blaming microsoft on the issue…just sayin, I’ve probably played mine longer for bigger stretches of time and have had no issues. I think you may have had other “interference”
